All prices are displayed in GBP.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.
Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout.
4. Processing and Dispatch
Orders are prepared and dispatched from the United Kingdom. We aim to send orders within 1–3 working days unless otherwise stated.
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays unless otherwise discussed.

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping option selected. Although we strive to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control.
Responsibility for the order transfers to you once it has been delivered to the shipping provider.

Returned items should be unused and in their original condition. Due to their nature, personalised or custom-made products may not qualify for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
